We need to inspect the kind of interactions we have with technology whether it be positive or negative.

But, you need action.
We can sometimes hold ourselves back from taking that next big step because we feel that we are stepping into the unknown which can be daunting.

These excuses we give ourselves can be the problem holding us back.
